Hosted Pages

Hosted pages allow you to get to market very quickly without any need for programming. Hosted pages provide the following functionality:

  • Hosted Signup
  • Hosted Customer Self-Service Portal

Hosted Signup

Hosted signup provides your customers a way to subscribe to your configured offers via web pages we host on your behalf. Below is an example of the first signup page for Fabrico's business video hosting offer:

Hosted Signup

In addition to the first page shown above, hosted signup collects address information (if configured), custom product/service information (if configured) and payment information. Hosted signup allows you to start signing up customers fast.

You can retrieve a link to the hosted signup page for a particular offer by going to the detail page for the offer in the administrative application.

Hosted Customer Self-Service Portal

The hosted customer self-service portal allows your customers to:

  • change their name and address
  • view past billing statements
  • view their subscriptions
  • cancel a subscription
  • view current and past usage (if usage logging is enabled)
  • update their payment information

Your customers use their e-mail address and password entered during signup to log into the self-service portal. The image below shows a fictitious customer logged into Fabrico's customer portal.

Customer Self-Service Portal Single-Sign-On

Besides using Accumulus to store username and passwords for your customers to be able to log into the customer portal, it is also possible to integrate an external website and user authentication mechanism with the customer portal using single-sign-on. You can find more information on how to generate single-sign-on tokens and how to integrate the customer portal with your external website here.

Custom Styling

Hosted pages can be styled to adjust the layout and colors based on your needs. Custom styling can be configured by specifying either a link to a cascading style sheet (CSS) file you host or by specifying inline CSS text. To change styles, go to the Company-Hosted Pages section of the administrative application to display the form shown below:
