Accumulus Corporation (http://www.accumulus.com), the leading provider of software as a service subscription commerce automation solutions, is welcoming Phones Plus to its growing list of subscribers.
Established in Coeur d’Alene in 1990, Phones Plus is now a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer with eleven stores and about 60 employees in Idaho, Washington and Oregon. Phones Plus is the only locally-owned Premium Retailer in each of the markets they serve.
Phones Plus needed a system that would accurately automate the recurring billing process, allow employees from eleven stores to see the accounts linked to their sales, and to enable managers to view and track the details and status of each protection plan. They also wanted the ability to easily layer the recurring product on top of their existing in-store infrastructure, as well as access and use only the features they needed while being able to disable the features they didn’t need.
The solution provided by Accumulus fully automates the recurring billing cycle. Managers and sales representatives at Phones Plus can focus their attention towards serving customers. Employees are able to access their own accounts and view their sales, allowing them to track their progress. Since the system is cloud based, Phones Plus has remote administration access and they did not have to purchase any new hardware.
“Accumulus provides a powerful but easy-to-use infrastructure that can be integrated rapidly to launch online recurring revenue products and services. Companies like Phones Plus appreciate having access to state-of-the-art enterprise tools at a fraction of the cost they might pay to develop and maintain similar functionality in-house,” said Christian Dreke, CEO of Accumulus. “We appreciate the opportunity to support Phones Plus and look forward to its continued success.”
